In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Neuriva Life Sciences Private Limited. "You" and "your" mean the person using this website or placing an order.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
2.1 By accessing this website, browsing it, completing our survey, registering for a product, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.
2.3 These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. No physical or digital signature is required.
3. Eligibility
3.1 This website and our products are intended for women aged 18 years and over. By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3.2 We do not knowingly collect information from, sell to, or deliver to any person under the age of 18. Our survey requires a date of birth before it can be started.
3.3 If we become aware that a user is under 18, we may cancel any order, withdraw any registration, and delete the associated data.
4. Nature of our product

Safe & Sure Prebiotic Intimate Wash is a cosmetic product within the meaning of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Cosmetics Rules, 2020. It is not a drug, a medicine or a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. |
4.1 All product descriptions on this website are provided for general information. They describe the composition and intended cosmetic use of the product and are not claims of therapeutic effect.
4.2 Individual responses to any cosmetic product vary. We make no representation that the product will produce any particular outcome for you.
4.3 We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. Packaging, formulation and ingredient listings may change from time to time. Where the website and the product label differ, the information printed on the product you receive takes precedence.
4.4 Please read the ingredient list before use. If you have a known sensitivity to any listed ingredient, do not use the product. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.
5. Not medical advice
5.1 Nothing on this website — including articles, guides, survey content, answers to questions, or communication from our team — is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is general information only.
5.2 Our team is not qualified to, and will not, advise you on your symptoms or your health. Any question of that kind will be referred to a medical practitioner.
5.3 You should consult a qualified medical practitioner about any symptom or condition that concerns you. If you have pain, fever, blood in your urine, or symptoms that are worsening, seek medical attention promptly. Do not delay or disregard medical advice because of anything you have read on this website.
5.4 Use of our product is not a substitute for medical care.
6. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:
use the website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including in our survey or registration forms
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected system
introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code
use automated means to scrape, index, harvest or copy any part of the website
place orders with the intention of reselling our products without our written authorisation
attempt to obtain more than one free product under a campaign, or circumvent any campaign limit
post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes another person’s rights
We may suspend or withdraw access to the website, cancel orders, or refuse registrations where we reasonably believe any of the above has occurred.
7. Orders and formation of contract
7.1 Product listings on this website are an invitation to offer, not an offer. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.
7.2 A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. Payment being taken, or a confirmation of receipt being displayed, does not by itself create a contract.
7.3 We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including where: the product is out of stock; there has been a pricing or listing error; we are unable to deliver to your address; we suspect fraud or abuse; or we are unable to verify the details you have provided.
7.4 Where we cancel an order for which payment has been taken, we will refund the amount in full within 5 to 7 working days of cancellation.
7.5 You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you provide. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
8. Pricing, taxes and payment
8.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax unless stated otherwise at checkout.
8.2 Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment is taken.
8.3 Prices may change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
8.4 In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price. We will contact you and offer either the correct price or a full refund.
8.5 Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details at any point. Your use of a payment gateway is subject to that provider’s own terms.
9. Shipping and delivery
9.1 Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9.2 Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, local disruption, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9.3 We currently deliver within India only. We do not ship internationally.
9.4 Risk in the product passes to you on delivery to the address you have provided.
10. Returns, refunds and cancellation
10.1 Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10.2 In summary: products damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge, and products with a manufacturing defect are eligible for a full refund, in each case if reported within the periods set out in that policy.
10.3 Because Safe & Sure is an intimate hygiene product, we are unable to accept the return of opened products where there is no fault, for reasons of hygiene and safety. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
10.4 You may cancel an order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
11. Campaign terms — survey and free product
The following terms apply to our intimate health awareness survey campaign and to any free product offered in connection with it. They apply in addition to the rest of these Terms.
11.1 The survey
(a) The survey is open to women aged 18 and over resident in India.
(b) The survey is anonymous. We do not collect your name, contact details or address within the survey itself. Please see our Privacy Policy for how survey responses are stored and used.
(c) Survey responses are used only in aggregated form. We may publish combined findings. We will not publish any individual response.
(d) The survey closes on 31 October 2026 at 23:59 IST, or earlier at our discretion.
(e) One response per person is permitted. We may disregard responses we reasonably believe to be duplicated, automated, or submitted in bad faith.
11.2 The free product
(a) On completing the survey you will be issued a one-time code. This code may be used once, on our registration page, to register for a free 50ml bottle of Safe & Sure Prebiotic Intimate Wash.
(b) Free product is limited to the first 2,000 valid registrations. Registrations after that number will be recorded on a waitlist.
(c) Registration alone does not guarantee receipt of a free product. To be eligible you must, in addition, be following the Instagram account @safeandsure.life as at 31 October 2026, and must have provided at registration the Instagram username you follow from.
(d) Dispatch of free product is expected to begin in mid-November 2026. This is an estimate and not a commitment to a fixed date. Dispatch is subject to regulatory clearances and manufacturing timelines.
(e) The free product has no cash value and is not exchangeable, transferable or refundable in cash. Free product that arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no cost.
(f) Placement on the waitlist does not create any entitlement to a product. We will contact waitlisted registrants if and when further stock is made available.
(g) We may withdraw, suspend or vary this campaign where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require it. Where we do, we will notify registrants by email.
(h) We may decline any registration we reasonably believe to be duplicated, fraudulent, or made in breach of these Terms.
11.3 Content reward offer
(a) Recipients of a free product may be offered a voucher in exchange for posting content on Instagram featuring the product. Voucher amounts, qualifying criteria and deadlines are set out in the materials supplied with the product and on this website.
(b) To qualify, content must: tag @safeandsure.life in the post and in the caption; be posted from a public account; be posted by the stated deadline; remain publicly visible on the stated voucher issue date; and include the disclosure "#ad" or "#sponsored" in the caption.
(c) The disclosure requirement is mandatory. It reflects the Advertising Standards Council of India’s Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media. We are not able to issue a voucher for content that does not carry it.
(d) Content must not state or imply that Safe & Sure treats, cures, prevents or protects against any infection, disease or medical condition. We are not able to issue a voucher for content making such claims, and we may ask for such content to be amended or removed.
(e) Content must be your own original work. It must not feature any identifiable third party without that person’s consent, and must not infringe any third party’s rights.
(f) Vouchers are issued by email to the address provided at registration. We are not responsible for vouchers that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.
(g) Where the offer states that a limited number of posts will be rewarded or reposted, selection is at our discretion.
12. Content you post or send us
12.1 By posting content on a public platform that tags or features Safe & Sure, or by sending content to us directly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, adapt and distribute that content on our website, our social media channels, and in our marketing materials.
12.2 This licence is limited to the brand and platforms of Safe & Sure and Neuriva Life Sciences. We will credit you by your handle where the platform allows it.
12.3 You may withdraw this licence at any time by writing to hello@safeandsure.life. On withdrawal we will cease further use and remove the content from our own channels within a reasonable period. We may be unable to recall material already printed or distributed.
12.4 You confirm that any content you provide is your own, that you have the right to grant this licence, and that you have the consent of any identifiable person appearing in it.
12.5 We are not obliged to use, repost or retain any content you provide.
13. Intellectual property
13.1 All content on this website — including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, layout, design, and the compilation of all of it — is owned by or licensed to Neuriva Life Sciences Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.
13.2 "Safe & Sure", the Safe & Sure logo, and "Neuriva" are trade marks of Neuriva Life Sciences Private Limited. All rights in them are reserved.
13.3 Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use our trade marks, logo, or brand name. You may not use them, or any mark confusingly similar to them, without our prior written permission.
13.4 Our formulations are the subject of patent applications. Nothing on this website grants any licence or right in respect of them.
13.5 You may view, download and print material from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or use any part of it commercially without our prior written permission.
14. Third-party links and platforms
14.1 This website may link to third-party websites and platforms, including Instagram and WhatsApp. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability.
14.2 Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
15. Privacy
15.1 Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and which sets out your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
15.2 Survey responses are stored separately from any identifying information, and we are unable to connect an individual response to an individual person. One consequence is that we cannot retrieve, correct or delete an individual survey response on request. This is explained further in the Privacy Policy.
16. Disclaimers
16.1 This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
16.2 While we take reasonable care to ensure that information on this website is accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.
16.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17. Limitation of liability
17.1 Subject to Clause 16.3, our total liability to you in connection with any product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order.
17.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, or opportunity.
17.3 We are not liable for any adverse reaction arising from use of the product otherwise than in accordance with the directions printed on it, or where you have used it despite a known sensitivity to any listed ingredient.
17.4 We are not liable for any consequence of you delaying or declining to seek medical attention.
18. Indemnity
18.1 You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or any content you provide that infringes a third party’s rights.
19. Suspension and termination
19.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, cancel your orders, or withdraw your campaign registration, where you breach these Terms or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive conduct.
19.2 Termination does not affect any right or liability that has already accrued.
20. Force majeure
20.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, strike, civil disruption, failure of utilities or telecommunications, regulatory action, or the act or omission of a courier or supplier.
21. Changes to these Terms
21.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time. The amended Terms take effect when published on this website, and the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
21.2 The Terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time your order is confirmed.
21.3 Your continued use of the website after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

We will acknowledge any complaint within 48 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within one month.
For any matter relating to personal data, you may also contact the Grievance Officer at the same address. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
23.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
23.2 Subject to Clause 23.3, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
23.3 Nothing in this clause affects your right as a consumer to approach a consumer forum having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
24. General
24.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
24.2 Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
24.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this website.
24.4 You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours on notice to you.
